Post: Land contract or lease option in Pa??

I am not thrilled with "half doubles" aka duplexes... one side the owner fixed up nicely, the other side, the owner did NOT... so I don't want to be stuck if it is hard to move. So I will do a sandwich lease so I can help owner and create a win-win.  My question,  Is PA a land contract state or can I use "normal" lease option paperwork?

thank you Mark for your speedy reply.  I saw that cris chico.  I was a little disappointed when I called and emailed customer service ... I havent heard back from either yet.  

Facebook and other media seem so untapped.

 I feel that facebook is under used...so Is there a course for facebook ads that anyone is aware of..and is there a particular guru that you would recommend for teaching strategies of facebook ads?  or is there a site where facebook ads are discussed?
