@Jason Crowe I live in the Fleming Island area. I have a handful of single family rentals and just sold two quads recently near the area I suspect your talking about. Let me know if I can help with anything. I have also talked to @Mark Fries though we haven’t met, and he seems like a real good dude. Maybe we can all meet up one day for some beers.

@Armel Bayot common sense tells me to stay away from those areas. Plenty of other places in America to invest in.

@Jonathan Jackson there isn’t much that is more annoying than those voicemail messages and text from someone soliciting. The last thing I would ever do would be to return the call/text to give someone my business. Annoying.

I just used Oxley last month on a complete gut job I did on a house I bought. They were excellent to work with and I’ll definitely use them again.
