Hello, all. I'm interested in learning how to wholesale to kick start my journey as an investor. I'm coming in with no experience. I have done some research on the subject and I think learning about marketing is a good place. Do you have any other recommendations to learn about? Thank you. :)

Hello, all. I've been a member for about 5 months now and I stopped due to confusing and fear, but my mind couldn't stop thinking about Real Estate and I keep watching webinars, here, watching real estate videos by Graham Stephen ( the man the recommended here) and Meet Kevin.  So, I'm starting again and taking it step by step for I think would work bet for me.

I know I wanna start with doing wholesaling. So, I recently started watching the Bigger Pocket Podcast videos, on youtube. After watching  Pocast #91 Introduction to Real Estate Whole (twice).  I realized that I need to get a skill in marketing. I'm coming this career with no experience and no money. I'm looking into finding a 2nd income to support restate. I have a family to support.

Would having a Marketing skill a good start. Are there any other recommendations I should consider?  I'm trying to get my feet wet over the next 3 months. One of my habits, I find myself doing is driving around random neighborhoods looking for homes for sale.  Thank you.

P.S. I'm not a pro member yet cuz I wanna see where this goes. With that being said, I 'm gonna be a bit more active and goal my goal. :)

@Nick Talvy Thank you for the tip. In fact, I'm keeping a look out of a meet, in my area, but none I has arrived...yet. In due time, they will. :)

@Caleb Heimsoth Ok, I will keep that in mind. I have to look up at a Title company is. I'm new to that. So that are a lot of terms that I don't understand.

Yes, that sounds like a good place to start. I'm doing some heavy reading, this weekend. Thanks for the advise. :)

you know that I never thought about that and that sounds like a fantastic idea. I know for a fact I want to work in a team this time around cuz I'm a lot more and I feel as though I will get more accomplished in a team and working on my own. I will try to figure out a strategy that I can work with but I'm already leaning towards making myself available to work with other investors and learn from them as I work under them. I've been heavily thinking about getting my real estate license but if it's not going to benefit me there's no sense in me doing that. Thank you for the tip I will give her a lot of thought or how to pull this off. This shouldn't take me very long :-)
