Total scam. avoid them at all costs.  They promised a closing date, said they sent wire, but they sent nothing.

Has anybody heard of this company?  Was recommended by some guy on bigger pockets.  They offer me 100% financing with really low rates with 16k in fees.  Sounds way too good to be true.

My usual lender said they are not doing short term rental loans yet. I need some recommendations for a short-term-rental friendly renter that deals with LLC's.
