I just ran some stats on the Boulder real estate market.  In 2015, average home prices increased $369..... per day!!!   Such a strong market!

@Alex D., I see a lot of out of state investors purchasing rental properties here in the Denver area.  However, with the major influx of people moving to this area, the demand is out of the roof so we are seeing many multiple offer scenarios.  A lot of sellers require potential buyers to have viewed the property, and will not consider "sight un-seen" offers.  They have enough offers on the table, they don't want to risk the contract falling out when the investor sees the property for the first time.
