Thanks for the advice @Dylan Tanaka. I've noticed the MLS isn't a great option. My agent is an investor as well so he's trying to source some deals through his contacts. Hoping to attend your REIA in the near future

I called Lake MI credit union today and they told me 30% down for SFR investment properties. Not sure if they've changed their criteria, or I just talked to the wrong person

Looking to diversify my assets and buy and hold rentals on the east side (Warren, Roseville, St Clair Shores, etc.).  I live in Royal Oak and would love to buy there, but the market's too hot in this area and price vs cashflow isn't attractive to me. 

I have a commercial banking background so I get the math, but need to learn more on finding deals, funding, and of course being a land lord.
