@Tim Miller Thanks for your input!  How many months have you been collecting rent on Innago.com?

@Eliott Elias Hello Eliott! Would you consider typing up something on MS Word a task that requires no skill or semi skilled?  Do you pay the overseas workers you have hired  directly or pay through an agency? Thanks!

Hello!  I am thinking I would like to try hiring a virtual assistant to help with some landlord tasks, but I've never done this before. Has anyone ever had good experiences using Thumbtack, Upwork or Fiverr to find / hire a virtual assistant?

I'm open to hiring one based in the USA or abroad, like in the Philippines or India.

The task I am looking to hire out right now is to type up on MS Word a lease that is 10+ pages plus several addendums.   Would probably have other tasks in the future with creating a pre-screening questionnaire, sending info to prospective tenants through various platforms, etc

Thanks in advance!

@Fakaradin Floyd Hello ! I found this thread from about a year ago , and I was wondering what is Amazon FBA?  How do you make $1K - $4K a month at that?  Are you still trying to do Rental Arbitrage in Virginia? Best of luck to you.

Hello! I am thinking about switching from Avail to TenantCloud for my one property in Indiana, and I 'd like to know what others think of it.

Can you get good phone support when you need it? Is it worth the $15/month fee for one property ?

Do they do a good job with seamlessly syndicating  your listing to Zillow, Realtor.com, Hotpads, etc?

Are they efficient at doing the electronic payments from the tenant's account to the landlord's account?

Can you do the lease signing with an outside source (like docusign) but then use TenantCloud for everything else on the $15/month plan?

Any replies would be appreciated! Thanks :)

@Ronda R.

So can you currently purchase Rhino if you have fewer than 5 units?

Hello BP Folks!

I want to use Zillow Rental Manager for the first time to market a property in Indiana that will be vacant in July, but I need help in connecting with customer service.  Is it possible to talk to a live person if I have trouble uploading photos or other questions / issues?  I tried calling a customer service ph # I found with a google search about 3 weeks ago, but no one called me back.  Thanks in advance!

I am with Avail also for rent payment. I am going to try to list with Zillow Rental Manager in the next couple of weeks because my home in Indiana will be vacant in mid-July.  Then I will probably sign a lease with the new tenants through DocuSign or thru the Avail lease signing system

Thanks everyone for your replies!  It all worked out well.  I told the tenant I'd consider the current payment on time (as long as it doesn't bounce) since the money was deducted from his account on the 14th, the rent due date on the lease.  I said I'd appreciate it if they could pay a few days early, but I wasn't requiring that. He said he would set it up the recurring payments so the money would deduct every month on the 9th or 10th so it would get to my account by the 15th at the latest.
