@Eddie O'Grady

Much appreciated! I've spoken to her since the original post and we're golden. She's not over the moon like I am but we're moving in the same direction.

@Mike M.

That was my first thought. Show her it is indeed possible and that we can do it. I'm thinking once she sees it first hand, the wheels will start to turn. Thanks man

Hey guys, 31, married male who's realizing his spouse has absolutely zero interest in real estate. Let alone trying to learn real estate or how it can be an escape route from our boring 9-5 approach to something better. Any suggestions or 1st hand experience on this? Just trying to find my best approach. Not like she's going anywhere, we're in this together and she completely supports me pursuing this. She has no interest in how the machine works. Thoughts?

Much appreciated on the advise. I am heading to get pre-approved when I get back from my business trip next week. Any thoughts on where I should start on that front? Local bank/credit union or somewhere else?

I'm a 31 yr old married guy looking to get started in house hacking in southern NH. Any tips, suggestions, recommended realtors or general advice would be greatly appreciated. I know what I'm looking for in a property, just want some help and clarification on how to achieve that. Thanks

I will be attending some meet-ups in my area in the next few weeks and am currently doing the mentioned search on BP for local agents. I know I have a few months before I can make any moves, I'm just looking to get my feet wet and get more information on my local market. I appreciate your suggestions @Dan Barli !

I'm looking to break into the rental property game with an owner occupied triplex or quadplex in the coming months. I was curious if anyone had any suggestions for agents in the Southern New Hampshire area that I could meet up with and start my search with. Any additional suggestions, advice, guidance or even cautionary tales would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
