Hi John,

Let me congratulate you on taking action and taking charge of your future.

First, do not let being in a high priced market scare you. Yes it will seem difficult at first because you are dealing with bigger numbers. But the more dollars that you waller in... the more that will stick to you. Do not let the fear keep you from taking part in what I bet are some awesome opportunities.

The easiest way to get started is by wholesaling... which is basically finding junkers, selling them off to rehabbers and collecting a fee for doing so. Selling bargains to bargain hunters is the easiest thing in the world to do regardless of what the market is doing.

It also never hurts to find a mentor that is willing to take you under their wing and share what they have learned.

I wish you well on your journey. If I can ever be of assistance, let me know.

Aaron

Hey guys. Im a total newbie here. Im a disabled veteren (combat injuries) who recently relocated to the Battle Creek area. Looking forward to networking, sharing and learning.

I have been recommended that the place to start with investing very few resourcesis wholesaling. However when I started to try to get my ducks in a row I was informed that in MI you cannot flip a house for 60 days and the titiel companies wont touch an assignment of contract.

Any advice to a comrade looking to stand proud again?
