Hi Sean, we are flipping a house in 99217 right now. Based on the comps I did for ours, which is smaller than the one you posted. My guess is you'd be in the 220-230 range, but I'm still very early in my ARV game!

Greetings everyone, 

I have looked through the forum history and did not see any recent posts on property management referrals. I've tried contacting four of the higher rated PM agencies on Yelp (2 never returned my calls) and I haven't been overjoyed with my experiences. While I can take care of the property management on my own I think it's something I would much prefer to offload.

My hope is that some of you may have some solid referrals for Spokane, WA that you'd be willing to share! If you have someone you currently utilize or have worked with in the past that you had a good experience with I hope to hear from you.
