So I have become a YouTube king watched a lot of videos. Thought I figured out a good way to analyze deals. But when it came to looking at a deal and talking numbers with a real estate agent or lender I was way off. And so I'm just wondering why when I thought I could get a cash flow off my numbers I was breaking even or going negative. Because the payments were high

Hi my name is Trevor. I am 21 and looking to get started in investing. I'm from green bay Wisconsin, and i work a boring mill job but have only a car payment for debt and want to create a path of success for me and my future family. I am planning on getting into small multifamily or single family homes. I would love to talk to people to learn as much as i can. I currently am renting and saving up for my first duplex or triplex to house hack. since i feel that is the most logical way to take my first step towards financial freedom.
