Hello Everyone!  My name is Trevor,This is my first post! I am a newbie who has the heart and passion for real estate.  I spent most of the day yesterday going through a ton of post by you wonderful people. I see most of you invest in huge city's for the big bucks. the most common areas around where I am located are what I would call "College Towns."  So i figure investing in apartment buildings would be my best bet. But in general i was wondering what it's like to invest in the smaller town's?  Is the profit margin worth the investment in small town's? What benefits in small town investing?
