I have a script to go by. I was caught off guard yesterday but, I may be meeting with the owners of a property in Fayetteville on Friday. I had to speak with the daughter because the parents are elderly.They want to sell but the daughter is reluctant to sign a contract.

Thanks @Scott Steffek. I thought to do the signs but, I don't see too many of them driving around, unless they are political. Also, Raleigh seems to want you to have a permit to place signs out.

Hey Everyone,

I'm a little anxious to see what's going to happen next but, over the weekend I decided to dive instead of sitting on the sidelines. I ordered my postcards for my first mailing campaign to wholesale homes and they are being mailed out this week! Does anyone have any advice to offer for when my phone finally starts to ring?
