@Shawn Ward what’s a “BP” and how do I go about finding an agent? Do I need to pay this agent for service I’m assuming I will? Is there a way for me to pull comps myself without an agent. Is there anything else you can tell me about wholesale like what investors look for or how to go about talking to an investor?

What do investors look for in real estate deals when dealing with a wholesaler? What makes and breaks a deal?

Just getting into wholesale and want to know the proper way about going about it.

I'm new to wholesaling and I want to know how to go about meeting and collecting investors for potential sells and how to go about the ARV. Always open to learn anything about wholesaling in general, post any tips and tricks of the trade. Thank you.
