@John Thedford ok good to know. Wholesaling is not being a real estate agent or a broker. Wholesale is pretty much selling your interest in a property. I can always Offer my rights to a contract to another person. In a contract will be considered property. So it’s perfectly legal if you do it the right way. I believe you may thought I was trying to do this illegally but that’s not my motive or my intentions. But wholesaling and being a broker/ real estate agent completely different.

@John Thedford so what’s the difference between wholesale and brokering? What’s the right way to do this ?

@John Thedford thank you but how do I go about meeting and talking with investors. I don’t wanna have something under contract and sit on it.

@John Thedford in Florida wholesaling is perfectly legal if you’re doing it right. I’m not here to learn how to do shady business. I’m here to learn and gather information. I already google many sources and looked on here as well about the matter. If you could spread more light upon the post itself that would be helpful. Looking for insight and not a dead end. Also I’m in the process of working on my license but in the mean time I’m trying to get my feet wet.
