@Nicky Reader

I bet you’re right! It’s tough to find honest people these days. I should’ve asked BP members before I hired a marketing agency.

@Adrien S.

I disputed it tonight, so we will see how it goes I suppose. Sorry for your unfortunate luck.

@Adrien S.

Yep, luckily for me this is my first time paying for marketing..

I’m not going to let it deter me though. Did you dispute the charges?

I set up a campaign where I ordered post cards from yellow letters.com 3 weeks ago with a list I purchased from list source.com

I also paid to have letters sent 3 weeks after. They still have not mailed my post cards and have been giving me the run around about their team members having health problems and not being able to get around to it. I just want to warn you guys about this company. I screwed up and used them. Hopefully my mail gets sent eventually..

Does anyone have a reputable marketing provider? I don’t mind paying for a good service.

@Dustin Rose

I live in San Antonio. Shoot me some info, and I’ll look the deal up to let you know if I’m interested.

@Carol Walker

My advice is do not bank on appreciation. Make sure the property cash flows 2% +. I’ve made the mistake with higher end rentals in SA. With $200k, I would be looking into multi-family or several lower end sfr’s. SA is great, but very hard to find good deals. They are there though.

@Marvin Meng

They do if it’s a check. You can click on the transaction and pull up a scanned copy of the check.
