@Dawn Brenengen Thank you, I see you are located in Raleigh, I have seen that Garner and Clayton are two very up and coming areas. Have you seen that as well? 

@Daniel Shuler Definitely will reach out and we can discuss in more detail etc. I have found that outer areas such as Gastonia and even across the boarder in Rockhill,SC are prime areas for BRRRR investing. Would you tend to agree @Danny Plueddemann? 

Want to introduce myself: My name is Travis Lazaroff and I am a Derivatives Broker in NYC, and I am beginning my real estate investing journey. I have decided to partner with my brother who has a better understanding of the construction and property management side of the business. We are targeting the Southeast for our first deal. I always wanted to get into real estate investing and never knew how until I found Bigger Pockets. Working from home due to COVID-19 has given me the ability to consume every podcast, book, and webinar I could get my hands on. I am sure every investor has been at this point and decided to make the jump, luckily I have the world's largest parachute (bigger pockets). I have narrowed my search to two area in the southeast
- Raleigh, NC
- Charlotte, NC
After searching BPInsights and speaking with other investors, I feel like these two cities meet all my criteria. I am currently trying to find Agents, Property Managers, Lenders, and Contractor recommendations to help develop a team for future success. I also want to become an asset to other investors who, just like me, are starting off. Looking forward to being part of the community and building relationships that are mutually beneficial.
