@John Vo What do you pay monthly for the IDX?  What is your total cost to run and maintain your site excluding hosting cost.  As its super nice to get a free site from our broker it's just not "prettified" or modern and I need something more appealing.  My only hurtle is the cost for the IDX and/or any other services other than hosting that i'll need in regards of running a real estate agent site.

Wow, it sounds like its moving along out in Phoenix Bevla!  Yes CO is AMAZING and super beautiful but the property cost have exploded.  What was the cause of this? More tech money perhaps kind of like San Fran?

Bevla thank you for your in depth stats I appreciate that.  Are those stats only for Maricopa County?  My Brother just moved to Surprise, AZ and got a huge home for 305K.  The size home he purchased for 305k there would go for 700K+ .  I was shocked!

Ill have to get some stats for you in my area!

These are great insights Bob and Bill! Even though average home values are going up and are a pretty nice price point people are holding onto them in hope they continue to go up it seems?  With that leads to less inventory or handoffs of ownership?  I would love to continue doing real estate in ether corner but i also do not want to starve to death!  I'll need to do some more research and develop more connections through networking to get me on the right path to succeed in ether location.  In Colorado, is there certain areas you see that have been relatively active for instance areas outside of denver roughly a 50 mile radius?

Thanks for your responses guys

Hi guys Im a real estate agent in the suburbs of chicago.  I've been an agent for about 3 months with 3 buyer sales under contract.  I'm asking and hopefully get some feedback from real estate agents about their market activity and "average" home sales they are seeing in their business as well the qty per month in and around Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ.

Basically,  I have had the thought of making a move to Colorado or Arizona recently and would love to continue buying and selling real estate as an agent and invest in properties.  Would love to hear your experience in these areas.  Thanks guy!

P.S. I'm not sure why it took me this long to get on biggerpockets!

Many thanks in advance.
