@Heyward Lovett hey my name is Tara. I’m just getting started in the investment property business as well. Working on our first rental property with my roommates haven’t built my team yet but definitely am looking for those things as well. I am a contractor I’m not license but I’ve done most of the work on our house besides things that needed a license such as final electric and plumbing stuff. Would love to grab lunch sometime. I am in Chesapeake area along with our flip. We’re getting countertops put in today. I call definitely tell you who not to use on these and cabinets.

My friend has a bakery idea for a gummy line that he has tested over the last few years. He wants to either buy a building or possibly commercial land to build a building. He will have a few ovens, refrigerators and freezers along with some storage area. What have yall seen in past for a small bakery size and possible cost to build around Richmond, Virginia.

Hello everyone,

My name is Travis and I am starting out in the REI business. I am looking to start my investing around the Hampton Roads and Richmond Virginia areas. I primarily want to invest in SFH and Small Multi Family maybe flipping but trying to utilize the BRRRR method. I have some questions regarding bringing on a partner for funding what loans won't cover and things associated with accepting money from them. Also looking to build a team so when I find my first property I have a GC or at least contractors I can call that actually work with investors. Would love to meet up for lunch with anyone currently succeeding in these areas. Have a wonderful day.

My friend has a rental on the Eastern shore, and owes about 30k left and he's at an 8.5% interested on his loan. He has about 5-10 years left. Appraisal and tax assessment comes in around 65k. My friend wants to pull some equity out to hook up from septic to city sewer and replace windows. He's gone to a bank maybe a few to try and cash out refi and they've said the loan amount is to small for them to help since it is an investment property. I need help finding some options for him.
