@Ismael Reyes Statesboro is about an 50 minutes inland from Savannah. It’s about 10 minutes off of HW16 which is the HW that goes into Savannah. Student housing is our most popular real estate investment strategy here

I add the 7 to get to 55, then now that I am at a flat 20 - I add it and I get 75 - I hope this helps

@Scott Dixon I like the idea of paying for better leads. I have read inherited leads are great. In regards to an online presence, no I haven’t considered that. Although, I should because I see that’s what all the wholesalers who find great deals do. Thank you for the suggestion!

I've been wanting to get in on my first deal and I feel like the MLS is really overpriced right now considering all of the economic turmoil we are in. Since I haven't done my first deal yet; I am not sure if this is the best strategy, but it's a start.

I was curious as to what lists and criteria people are using to find fixers in their area with value add opportunities. If it helps to be more specific, I am in a college town, Statesboro, Georgia. (Georgia Southern University) I would love to try to pull off a BRRRR using an off market property, any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks.
