A couple of my friends are making a solid profit with indoor heated boat and RV storage. I’ve found a property with multiple large buildings on it that I think would be suitable for indoor storage. 

Does anyone in the storage industry have and tips or advice on evaluating a property?

I'm signing up to write my mortgage agent course and I'm looking for suggestion on which Mortgage Broker I should apply to work for. 

I'm looking for a broker with no desk fees preferably, high ratio payouts (80/20, 75/25 etc), will cover O&E insurance and will help me go through all the steps selling my first few mortgages.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Right now I'm looking at Dominion (high desk fees) and Expert Mortgage (which looks pretty good).

Any info on starting in the industry, in general, would be much appreciated as well.

Rosston Smith I googled it but I can only find info regarding the FHA in the USA. Do you have any info regarding Canada?

Kenneth Noronha great idea to invest in a student rental while your in university. Don't forget you only have to put 5% down if the house will be your residence (which it will).

Haseeb Awan and Gary Arora Feel free to follow along and I'll post any updates on my MHP journey. As for my travelling I did 1 month in Thailand, 1 week in Cambodia and currently just over halfway through a month in Vietnam. I can't speak highly enough about travelling to SEA. It's been absolutely incredible :)

Haseeb Awan I've been travelling in Asia for the last 2 months so it's been a little hard. I have started to build a list of parks in my target area though. Hopefully I'll have more luck when I'm back home. Are you looking for a park as well?

I'm in Ontario and I'm changing my focus to mobile home parks. Looking forward to connecting!
