...1 hp pump is plenty for this house....

i will have to check into the warranty, did not even think of that...i was just mad $700.00 down the drain...yes they will be moved out as they have already bought the new place and moving in, i went over to check on things, and they are packing....thank you just did not know what to do...so if they are section 8 they can break a lease with no reproductions, and leaves the landlord out in the wind....

I replaced the first one, they burnt it up within a month, they bought the second one...they have 5 adults and 1 kid living theren the well guy said its just to much strain on the well...

they have burnt up 2 pumps in 2 months..no graveyard pumps here

this is my first time renting, it was my fathers house. When he died i needed to get someone in there to pay the mortgage...they have been great...but they are saying that because of the water issue is the reason they are moving, but they are getting off section 8 because of the money she got fro. Her mom dieing...can they say that the water is a good reason to move?? And be able to break the lease?? I have replaced the pump, had a well guy go over and said they are just using to much water, we have not had rain or snow and there is somewhat of a draught....i just dont know the rules on what is a valid reason for breaking a lease and what i have to do...i have done everything i can about the water...

I have tenants that just informed me that theu are moving at the end of this month and they are not paying their portion of the rent, they have burnt up 2 well pumps and are complaining that they are not getting enough water...they have been there 5 years, and now they came into some money and bought their own place...is there anything i can do? When i go over there and run the water,  its fine, great pressure, and the water is running fine...is there anything i can do
