We are excited to announce a second release of 26 assets this week from a vetted third party seller. You will see a mix of both performing and non-performing assets including a selection of higher valued homes.

You’ll notice a number of assets have a total legal balance in excess of the unpaid principal balance. This includes items like accrued interest, legal fees, advances, and other items that make up the full legal balance due the note holder. The right to the full legal balance transfers to the note buyer providing an opportunity for increased discount or potential negotiation points for work-outs with the borrower.
