Thanks so much Will and Paul! I'm reading the Beginner's Guide right now!

Hi there! I’m Tara Piantanida-Kelly from Rochester, New York. I’ve been interested in real estate since I was a little girl (fantasizing about the houses in the Homes-for-Sale mini-mags), so I got my real estate license when I graduated from college. And I found out that I HATED selling real estate! Turns out, I’d rather OWN it! So that’s what my husband and I do. We are actively looking to increase our portfolio with healthy cash-flowing multi-family properties in the Northeast/Midwest areas of the US. This morning, I did a quick search of “multi-family” on Twitter, and found BiggerPockets! I’m VERY excited to be here to increase my knowledge and meet like-minded investors and entrepreneurs!

It looks like we're in the same boat! I'm also from New York (the Western side), and am looking to expand my portfolio into multi-family properties. I just found BP today, and am very excited about the possibilities it creates!
