Welcome Ozzie, BP is a great place to learn a variety of information about different real estate ventures. It can be overwhelming, but I believe that as you near down your approach to real estate investing you will grow quickly and obtain much success. Do not seat on the side line to long with just collecting knowledge, sometimes you have to get in the game even when you do not feel adequately prepared.

Congratulations.  One goal accomplished with many more to follow. 

Wendell, Thanks for sharing your experience and putting together a weekly "Hack".  I will make sure to implement some of the suggestions from this post in my contracts to weed out the less motivated contractors. Again, thanks for sharing.

Congratulations on your first call back. You have received a lot of good advice from your fellow investors.  As far as your meeting tomorrow, see if there is a way to make it a win-win for both of you based on your research of the comps in the area and the potential for a rehabber or buy and hold to profit as well.  You have accomplished a lot more than a lot of investors by sending out your direct mail and making the appointment for your walk through.  This is the beginning of so much more.  I wish you much success tomorrow.  Good job.

Hello everyone, just wanted to send a quick post to introduce myself. I am an active duty Navy personnel who is due to retire after 20 years of service this coming January. I currently live in the Panhandle of Florida, Panama City area. I am some what of a new real estate investor; I started the Fortune Builder Mastery program in May of 2013. I currently have a rehab project underway in Georgia with my business partner. Some very expensive lessons have been learned during the process, but the project will be completed. I am interested in learning the ins and outs of wholesaling so I can have a better cashflow status when I find my next rehab project. I look forward to reading the different posts and interacting with everyone. I wish everyone much success.
