Newbie from Miami, Fl
Hello all. My name is Osvaldo Rodriguez but everyone calls me Ozzie. I'm new to RE Investing and have been trying to educate myself as much as possible before I start. I have been reading plenty of books, looking at blogs and a lot of google searches for info. I've also been to a few free seminars. Everyday I'm trying to learn something new.
When I finally decided I wanted to get into RE Investing I set myself a goal to have my first buy and rent property in a year. That would be by July of 2015. I figured 6 month of just pure learning and 6 months to make a good investment decision. I know that sounds like a long time but I want to get into this with a strong foundation of knowledge and start with a well-educated decision on my first property. Once the first one is done and I get some experience I’m sure finding a good deal will take less time.
I thank you in advance for all your support and help that I'm sure I will receive here.
Ozzie Rodriguez
