We foreclosed on this property and are looking to sell is as-is to an investor. Some renovations were started by the borrower. It needs mainly cosmetic renovations. It is on .50 acres of land with a large detached 3 car garage and a few sheds on the property. It has been cleaned out. We will start renovations in the next 30-days if not sold. ARV is around $120k. Needs probably $25k-$30k in renovations. We are willing to do seller financing while you flip or rent it.

I have a 3/1 SFR in Fullerton, California currently under contract. It is on the MLS for $449 and I have it under contract for $410k purchase price with ARV at $530k. It was a rental and needs cosmetic work (approx $20k to $25k). Assignment fee is $7500, earnest deposit is $7500. Assignment must be completed by 6/25 and close by 6/30.
