i mistakenly rented to a friend in a bind because I was doing well.  It was a learning experience.

How can I locate investment groups locally?

Im in New Britain CT area. I have access to contractors and know  they do great work.  Also handmen and landscapers.  I have my eyes on a couple properties $40-$50k range and need to move with the weather soon to break. A lot of great properties will be gone.

I want flip 2 houses this year.  And purchade at least 3 investment properties.

Due to an eviction from hell on my sole property.  I currently don't have much cash..like none and the eviction is going to court.  How do I start over and fast?

I have owned a duplex for ten years. For the first time ever I have not so good tenants on both sides. It has been draining beyond anything I was ready for. They are planning to both be gone by the end of the year. I'm considering selling the property and trying to get two multifamily houses closer to where I live now. I'm not sure if this is a good idea. The equity is minimum

before I this mess I was looking for a second property.
