I have a wife and 2 kids and we just purchased r personal home 11months ago. I don't think my wife will be to happy to hear were up and moving again. I guess what I'm asking is, strategy wise would it be better to start out in rental property or flipping houses? I'm still new to this world and just want to make he best decision for my family and I.
