Hey everyone, I've been lurking on BP for months now, and have read quite a few articles. I got interested in real estate investing about 2 years ago, after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. Since then, I've read over a dozen related books, probably over a couple hundred blog posts, and tried unsuccesfully to get some rentals financed as a poor enlisted military member.

I recently separated, and moved back to Oregon, specifically Corvallis. I'm a licensed real estate broker, and I'm a full time Finance student at OSU. Hoping to make enough money to start investing, but I figured it would probably be in my best interest to try and connect with other people in the area.

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!
