Does anyone know an MLS ONLY broker in California? Something like what RE E-broker used to be. Now they're a full-service broker. I'm an Investor, not an Agent. I have a Real Estate License and I have kept it because it helps. What I need is to continue to have MLS access for due diligence purposes. However, I don't wish to pay a ton of fees - just to have MLS access last year I had to to pay CAR+NAR+Local Association+ MLS fees. Something like $1200. Would like to avoid that but still be able to access the MLS. Any suggestions? Thank you

I'm looking for the opposite, so to speak. Looking for an MLS ONLY broker. I have a Real estate License from before. I intend to keep it. I used to be an Agent attached with a full-service broker. Now that I am an investor - not an Agent - I just need MLS access for due-diligence research.I was attached with RE E-broker until recently. They used to be MLS only but have now switched to full-service. I need to find anothe MLS only boker so that don't have to pay for NAR + CAR + Local Association fees + MLS fees just to continue to have access to the MLS. Any suggestions? Thank you.

There's never a "best" time and wholesaling is a tough business. However, what spells the difference between success and failure in the beginning is chasing the wrong (unverified) leads!! Personally I think, cold calling is hard enough as it is and even harder with unqualified leads. If you need help with leads, perhaps I can help. Of course that’s the first red flag! This guy was 100% American - hence the warning to my fellow investors.
