Hello @Eric Yi,

Welcome to the BP, I see that you are located in Fairfax and just as @Jon Deavers stated this site has an abundance of valuable information just try not to overload :-). Virgina now has sub-forums that you can subscribe to a particular area like Richmond. These sub-forums are in its infancy stages now but they are really taking hold now that users realize that there are sub-forums pertaining to the State. Setting keywords are a great tool and way to alert you on whatever your interest are.

To get to Virgina/Richmond forums you can go to Forums then Forum Categories then scroll down to Real Estate Local and there you can see the States and their cities with sub-forums, I hope that I was of some help :-)

Hello,

I posted earlier about a new sub forum that Joshua and his team created for the state of Virginia. I forgot to include that important key word "Virginia," but the newly added sub forum for Virginia is Richmond along with already established Va, Beach, Hampton Roads area.

Hello Richmondners,

Joshua and his wonderful team have now created a Richmond sub-forum. All those that live in the Richmond Tri-city area can now network here and share experiences.

@Danielle Jones thanks for the welcome, and wish you great success as well. Back in the 90's I was station at NAB and use to work in that area doing home improvements in the early 2000's, great area.

Hello Brian,

Welcome to BP, I once was employed by a great company there in Greenville Sc, Fluor Enterprise.

Like all the BP members before me stated that you are in the right place to receive the educational material you need.

Perhaps start here: BP Podcast 058: Flipping and Wholesaling while working a full time job with Justin Silverio.

Hit ALL the Podcasts this is where I get so motivated and the confidence to know that it's possible to quit your job, just got to hustle and it can and will happen.

Be safe out there on the job, and thank you for doing what you do.

Welcome!

I'm from a small town in NC near Danville. I'm just starting out, too, but, if there's anything I can help you with, I will or, either, try to point you in the right direction to find what you need.

 Hello Jay,

Thanks for reaching out, my wife and I like spending some down time in the town or Eden Nc. Thanks for offering your help and if I can be of assistance feel free to contact me. BTW, just the other day just having a casual conversation with a gentleman and he was inquiring about how to get rid of particular type of pest in one of his properties. Of course I Immediately stop what I was doing to find out more about him and his properties. I didn't mention how this subject came up, I'm a licensed registered pesticide technician and he saw me at one of my accounts. Well we exchanged information because I told him about my goals in real estate and I told him I could help him out on any pest issues he may have. It's  so true what Josh, Brandon and all the BP veterans say about sharing your love  and aspiration about real estate and you will be amazed at what doors will open up to you.
