Seems that the 2nd in command is having issues as well.

He paid 1.6 for the house in 04. Listed it for 1.63 in Feb, then dropped it to 1.575.

Finally rented it out for 7500 per month.

The math listed in the link suggests he is upside down in his cash flow.

On tuesday I had breakfast at my favorite mom and pop place, just doen the street form my office. 2,99 bacon eggs and toast... cant beat it!

One of the other reasons I go there is to network. The president of my bank (his name is Tony as well) pops in as well as some other folks in the community.

I use National City, which was just gobbled up by PNC with Tarp money...

Tony came in Tuesday, and we sat together. The thing about these meetings is that they are just two guys having coffee... He said something that stuck me as odd. He said he doesnt understand the new bosses. They are holding the better houses to wait for the market to come around... Yet the market cant "come around" until the money is loosened up a bit and put on the street.

Just a bit of insight... over a cup of coffee..

So far we have seen two waves of foreclosures... the speculators and the sub prime debacle.

The tide is rising now on the 3rd wave.... those who had great credit, but now have issues because of job losses etc.

I would recommend that you search on www.realtytrac.com for more accurate info on foreclosure info.

This shows active foreclosures nationwide, and a ton of info about each property including any possible liens, or other mortgages you may have to deal with.

There are also some tutorials.

There is a free trial, go in and test drive it. I think you will find it helpful and much more accurate than zillow and trulia.

i like the idea of more than one member being involved in a vote down before it is counted and or a comment to be reviewed before the demerit.

People can be snippy sometimes, especially when politics are discussed which does occur at times
