I think it might have been AIG who bought 2 jets, with bailout money, also. I saw the article yesterday, but I cant find it now.

I realized years ago that you dont have to diet at all, if you work out. Also, losing fat and weight through low carb/low fat diets and not gaining any muscle, left me looking like a stick. I had to start putitng on lean muscle, because I was nothing but fat and bones.

This recipe is great. Its just meat and veggies.

They don't. You heard right. If you know what you're doing, in this market, you are very happy about that.

I HATE coming out of pocket for transfer taxes. 3% is ridiculous, and its nothing more than the state standing there with their hand out, and doing absolutely nothing for their share. Grrr....

"Jesus Wouldnt Buy Your Junker House...But I Will. Call Me. xxxxxxxx"

Try that out. It wont pull calls, but it will get other investors calling you, and asking you what the hell you're doing. Either way, its all good.

I would do nothing more than contract them, and pass them on. Just me.

Wow nick. You really go all out.

I have it revert back to the homeowner if noone buys in X amount of time, on a sandwich. I dont take the deed in delaware, because its too much out of my pocket @ a 3% transfer tax, and its your home, after the deed is recorded. Sandwiches are my favorite way to "take over homes", at this point. nice work.

I saw one the other day that was so long, I laughed. It was huge, and tied with some type of rope.

It was like, "I buy places where you store your things, and may or may not be residing, depending upon your current financial situation." Call Today!

That was an exaggeration, but it was wayy too long.
