Hello, I am looking for lenders willing to provide up to 80%LTV on a single family property I will be refinancing.

The property was recently rehabbed and the estimated ARV is between 120k - 130k. The property is based in Columbus Ohio any referrals would be appreciated.

Hello, I recently came across some properties in the North Hilltop area and North Linden (directly south of Weber) these properties are all fairly the same size 2bed x 1 bath at 1,000SF or 3bed x 1 bath at 1,100 SF, price ranges are 80K to about 100K. My question for those familiar with the area, which area is preferable for long term buy and hold. I'm aware of the crazy appreciation in Linden area but it is still very block by block. 

@Remington Lyman I saw that there was some major construction and development work going on with COSI and closer to the area. Really excited about the potential growth and hunt for property here.
