I’m happy to send some referrals, you’ll want to interview multiple and get bids. I personally like to use sub contractors and oversee them so I can dictate the scope of work and timeline but thats just my style. There’s pros and cons to each. GCs on their own can get very expensive and delayed if you don’t choose the right one. Also never prepay ahead for work that isn’t completed.
