Hello Jake,

Best wishes to you, and for you to reach your investment goals here on BP and in the great state of Michigan.

If you should ever have any questions about how "Hard & Soft Money" can be leveraged to smooth and shorten the path to financial independence, please don't hesitate to contact me. Perhaps over coffee at B-24's or Beezy's?

Also, if your looking to visit a regular meeting of the largest (over 800 members) REIC in Michigan, you're really in luck, its in Ann Arbor!

PM me if you're interested.

Best regards,

Tony

Clif,

It most certainly can be done, especially if you have a power team working with you. I can assist you with the creative funding...well not so creative, but tried, true and successful.

Send me a colleague request and we can discuss options in greater detail.

Best regards,

Tony

Chad,

I have recommended Mr. Beal and his team to clients in the past and they are happy with the level of their professionalism.

I have lived in both Ypsi-City and Ypsi-Twp. over the past 8 years. I've also worked and lived in A2 in the past and to me all have their strengths and non-strengths.

But, to the point of the original post, Ypsi-City is a rebounding community that is growing stronger thanks to people like Stewart Beal, Tyler Weston and David Palmer's efforts on the Real Estate front. And my lenders give the green light to both Ypsi City and Twp. in a heart beat. Savvy investors are making market priced properties disappear quickly in the area.

And don't even mention a Ford Lake property! Most of those never make it to the MLS.

Bottom line, don't sleep on Ypsi. If you get a chance, research it and make your decision based on the numbers. The reality is that with many new businesses and new developments coming to Ypsi, it is becoming an affordable alternative to Ann Arbor.
