I think you should demo the house to protect your assets. Later you could sell for residential construction or lease the land for commercial use.

Check out "Cabinets To Go" , they have a good selection with value for what you pay.

Does anyone have experience as a landlord using the HUD
VASH program for military veterans?

Has anyone had experience with HUD's VASH program, which is similar to section 8 but is intended for military veterans. If so what are the pros and cons. Thanks
