Thanks @Doug Smith, this is what I keep hearing.  Do I have any other options to pull the equity from these properties, we really would like to purchase more.

Does anyone have a  recommendation for a lender on a cash out refinance?  We have 3 rental properties, 2 are mortgage free.  We would like to cash out the equity on the 2 that are mortgage free but am having trouble finding a lender that doesn't have a minimum property value requirement as these properties are valued around $85-105K.  I've spoken with someone from Express Capital Finance who said they should be able to assist so looking for anyone with experience with Express Capital or any recommendations for a lender who can assist.  Thank you!

Hello everyone, 

I have recently passed the real estate exam and I'm in the process of interviewing brokers.  Do you all have any recommendations on what to ask and what to look for?  Is it better to start with a larger brokerage or a small brokerage?

I am scheduled to take the state exam for my real estate license the end of June and wanted to know what is the best way to find a broker once I've passed.  I live in Mableton, GA which is about 10 miles west of Atlanta.
