RCW 18.27 says if we are going to do more then 500.00 or more in rehab you have to be a contractor not just hire a contractor .  No one has an answer.

Yes after finding property and getting a offer to the lender what do you need to do like house inspection dumpster for rehab rehab estate tax an so what else would you need funds for.

I am sorry for being so short befor had to take of some bus.  I have no sought you will do well at what ever you set your minde to.  I mentioned befor of going PRO that was in reference to Biger Pockets it will open up a hole lot of new avenues in what you are looking for LOL.GOD BLESS
