Hello,

Im a newer investor and im trying to find out what could be charged in rent for my market area. I'm trying to locate some websites that could have info on rents for SFR. As I'm not that tech savvy I'm having a hard time and cant seem to get a handle on what could be charged for certain areas.

Hello All, 

Im new to wholesaling and have determined that it is the niche in which i want to start my career. Im curious what type of investment i should be looking for pre-foreclosures, foreclosures, REO, short sales etc. Which one should i be focusing on? What would be easier to do and easier to find?
