Im new to investing and im interested in wholesaling, what are some ways to locate pre-foreclosures? So i go into zillow pre-foreclosures and get the results for my area. What are some of the characteristics of the pre-foreclosure listing that im looking for and is Zillow a good place to even find good deals, if not where may be a good place to find good deals.

Thanks for any input

Hello, I'm looking for a Wholesale investor friendly Attorney that can handle my closings with title company and do the closings. I also need them to go over my Purchase and sale agreement and Assignment contracts to make sure they are up to snuff and solid as a rock.

Thanks for any input

Post: what to look for on craigslist/zillow for good wholesale property

Im just getting started and im having trouble with what to look for on craigslis/zillow FSBO's add , and how to determine if a property is potentially a good property for a wholesale deal, whether it be for an end buyer's fix n flip or rental. im trying to develop a system that i can use to quickly locate these potential properties and evaluate them correctly. and not waste time evaluating a property thats not a good deal.

Also i need a little help with doing comps for those properties and looking them up and understanding if they are comps i should use for the potential deal property.

any help would be great.
