Hi @Adam Ulery , I didn't buy it. The apartment is 40% done , it is HUGE and block all the view from the Duplex.

Beside that, I don't know what to tell you.

The house is 1968 so the stone base maybe 1968 too. Also how do I know if it fake or not. It is really hard and definitely not plastic and does have real cement or grount in between.

Hello. I am working on a flip and I am replacing siding on the home along with all the windows. This home has some kind of rock stone siding at the bottom part of it . Should I leave that alone or replace all siding to newer vinyl siding. My first thought was to leave the rock there to give the home sole character, but some contractor told me to tear it all out and replaced with all new siding because it it dated . What do your house Flipper think ? Replace or keep ?

@Rose Costinski . HI I am wondering if you have to pay any fee for using stripe or PayPal to collect rent in Tenant cloud.   The reason I ask because I have to pay $9 to use their new tenantcloud payment system.

Thanks
