Hello friends,
First, I have received some very valuable information from all of you. Thank you so much. I'm going to inspect the house in the morning accompanied by the Garland Police Dept. As best we can tell as of this writing, no appeal was made today and today was the last day. We called the court at 3:45 p.m. and they stated the tenant had ten minutes left. Tomorrow should give me a complete picture of what to do next. I will update this tomorrow or Thursday. Thank you so much again,

Can I do that if they are appealing? They are supposed to be out by 1-29.

Hello all,
Tenant writes hot check, late on rent, I evict, go to court, get no money (owes $2700+ by now), tenant evicted but is appealing. Tenant keeps threatening civil suit whenever I put any notice on door citing harassment (hiding a dog-no pet deposit). Need some ideas here and thank you all in advance. Texas.
