NNN stands for net, net, net. These pass through expenses of leasing are portions tenants or lessees pay in addition to the lease fee, or rent to the landlord or lessor. The NNN fees are property taxes, property insurance and common area maintenance.

Do you see Management Fees included? When should these be reconciled and out to tenants?

I was doing a poor job of explaining something we see in the market. We are hoping to do a better job of letting tenants know of the service. The market is the market so trying to collect more on top of rent doesn’t work. Most good landlords have commissions accounted for in their budgets.

We finding more and more that tenants feel like they might have to pay for a Tenant Representation. We are continually explaining this as well as the benefits...
