Hi all,

At age 34 I've finally come to the realization that simply investing in my company's 401K and stock plan, I'm not got to generate the wealth or the comfortable retirement I want for myself or my growing family. My 1st thought was investing in the stock market, but I quickly learned it wasn't for me, not now anyway. My brother-in-law turned me on to BP and I started listening to the podcasts during my windshield time through my sales territory (upstate New York, West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia and DC). Me and my family reside in Erie, PA. After listening to hours of BP podcasts, it hit me that while on the road I could also start looking for investment opportunities. With such a large sales territory, I have literally thousands of opportunities all around me. My problem now is the dreaded "ANALYSIS PARALYSIS". Where do I begin? Which vehicle do I try my hand in first? I'm leaning towards wholesale because with the exception of marketing funds, i don't think i'll need to invest much other than my time? I'm really interested in flipping (thanks to HGTV and the knowledge I've gained working on my own home) and buy and hold, but we aren't in a position to come up with enough money for a down payment on an investment property so I'm back to wholesale. How do I find a mentor? and probably a million more questions running through my head. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bryce, i could of wrote your entire post right down to the Rich Dad Poor Dad mention. Good luck to you and congratulations on taking the leap towards financial freedom for you and your family
