10 ways to invest in Multi-Family Properties with little on no money Full 6 Hour Seminar-Austin, Texas Grow your Residential Investments into Multi-Family Investments with ease! Presented by Steve Davis, Attorney/Broker with over 30 years of experience.

Key points other attendees took away from this event:

“Better knowledge of Commercial vs Residential”

“Lots of opportunities and different ways to make money in Real Estate.”

“Enjoyed learning about partnerships/syndicates and collecting on liens.”

“Learned about 2nd liens” “Thank you for the sample contracts and forms”

“The Power of Judgements and just knowing how to create and or add value to properties.”

Take an advanced look at these TEN(10) secure yet easy methods of investing in multi-family properties.

I have known Steve Davis for a while now and this boot camp is for entry level people wanting to get a better idea about apartment investing. I would recommend this for the novice. The cost is 500.00 but with the discount code, there is a ten percent off.

While I'm not associated with Steve's presentations, I do get a ticket with 5 attendees. I'm looking forward to it.

Adam,

There is, try meetups in your area. In addition, I was at Scott Carson's VNFD seminar last weekend and there were some NJ/NY attendees. They were getting a meetup together. I'll find out and post again.

I am a member if several in Austin/Houston.

Tax liens from the State of Texas? The individual counties have tax liens, was this part of a business (corporate entity) that owed sales tax?

I would get with your managing broker. If the law says it fine, your broker/agent agreement is in compliance and the customer is OK with it, your good to go.
