I'm in out of my comfort zone. I bought a commercial space with apartments above it. The retail space is only about 1000 sq ft and I need help getting it leased. I'm located in Toledo Ohio. I have the 3 apartments above it leased. I just don't know/ what to do or who to reach out to. I think I need a commercial realtor? Any help....or any direction will definitely help. Thank you

@Damaso Bautista I'm fairly certain had I posted the screen shots of the tenants excessive abusive language you would understand my stance. I've been threatened many times and gone through evictions in 2 different states. As the tenant continued to text and obsessively call I opted not to engage. The text and calls stopped at midnight last night. Engaging with a retaliatory tenant isn't going to get me anywhere. I'm allowing a few days to pass - defuse and I'll be approaching this with a fresh set of eyes and a face to face meeting later in the week. If we both can not come to an agreement I'll bring in a management company for this property. I have 2 contractors who will no longer complete work at this property because of the tenants condensing & demeaning attitude.

@David Barker great minds think alike. I think I'm heading that direction for this particular rental. Thank you for your response

@Merritt S. All good stuff! Thank you. I posted this right after the incident occurred and all these responses are exactly what I needed to see!

@Caleb Heimsoth I self manage. It's a work only number. I'm thinking it's time to try to find a manager as I just can't manage & meet the expectations of this particular tenant
