Hello Everyone,

Question: How do you determine how much Ernest Money(If Any), should you leave for a Deposit?  I was close to getting a property under contract but the seller wanted me to deposit $500.00 dollars. He was selling the property for $10,000 dollars, i agreed to put down $100.00 but that was too low for him. So, how do you determine how much is fair?

Thanks,

Congrats Man! I can't wait for my first purchase to happen.

Hello Everyone,

My name is Tomarcus and I'm kind of new to Real Estate investment. I have a friend who has been in Real Estate for awhile and suggested i give it a try. After what i have been reading and learning, I think i will actually like being in Real Estate. I'm a IT Manager  for a Crane company by day and will be soon taking Real Estate courses at night. Any advice for newbie? Thanks.
