@Jonathan Swartz

Stay the course and follow thru in the eviction. I have been there and you cannot waiver on seeing this one completely thru.

Personally, I would not hesitate. You are running a business, do not loose sight of that.

Best of luck!

I have 65 doors in New Mexico that have stackable Washer/Dryer hook-ups and I currently only have about 15.  I charge $50/month for these and would like to purchase about 50 additional units for additional cash flow.  My local provider goes thru a large bank and does not finance larger purchases for larger complexes etc.  I am in need of another source for both the units and a lender for a larger appliance purchase?

S Shah, this one STINKS in many ways!  The best course of action for you is to contact the state Real Estate Commission.  Commissions are enacted to protect the public for bad apples.  They will get to the bottom of this ASAP once you explain your situation.

I am very sorry to hear about this and hope that justice will be done!

12 months at 0% and then a non-recourse 30 year loan at 3.75% for qualifying companies and independent contractors.

Have any of you applied and/or completed this loan process? Thank you BP!

Post: $3500 to install 430ft2 of floating vinyl flooring worth it?

Sounds expensive to me.  I would ask that they detail the individual cost for carpet removal, flooring and install.  Carpet removal is QUICK and the added time to remove tac strips and sweep are minimal. $2/sqft would be on the high end for install by a professional installer.  I would confirm that you are not paying extra for flooring for installer to pick up and deliver as well.

Anything that you or a handyman can do will save you a great deal.

You could easily remove carpet and tac strip and take to dump for the expense of a small dump fee.  This could be something they are charging $ hundreds for.  You could also deliver the material for installer and have on site to save more.  Ask your installer for his best price in cash and you will for sure receive an additional discount.  Don't spend what you don't need to.

Best of luck!

Eric, GREAT to see another from NM on here!  There are multiple ways you can locate the owner on this one.  First thing I would do is visit Bernco.gov and pull up the tax bill.  If the owner's statement is mailed to another address, it will be listed here.  If you don't have any luck doing this, lmk and I am happy to help you out!
